Lynn LeBlanc, CEO and founder of FastScale Technology, has 25 years of enterprise software and technology experience at both Fortune 500 companies and Silicon Valley start-ups. With a proven track record of successfully bringing emerging technologies to market, a practical, hands-on style and strong operations experience, Lynn's leadership delivers bottom line results. Her extensive career includes SVP and VP roles in general management, marketing and business development at industry leaders including Cadence Design Systems and Octel Communications as well as acquired start-ups iReady Corporation, ILEX Systems and Atherton Technology. Lynn also served as VP of Marketing and Business Development at Scyld Software and spent her early career at IBM Corporation.

Richard Offer is a seasoned engineering leader with over 18 years of experience in enterprise software development, system security and engineering project management. Before co-founding FastScale Technology, Richard managed the development group at Scyld Software and spent seven years at Silicon Graphics where he used his strong planning, leadership, and team building skills to lead the Motif team, the Trusted Irix team and product release infrastructure for SGI's Altix 3000 project. In addition, Richard's experience includes engineering roles at SCO in England, University of Oxford and Rolls Royce.

Jerry McLeod brings over 25 years of technology experience to FastScale with strong roots in the enterprise. With a successful track record at startups as well as Fortune 500 leaders, his broad background spans both IT and telecommunications markets and includes executive roles in marketing, product management, business development, sales and general management. Immediately prior to FastScale, Jerry was VP of Product Management and Business Development at Mobilitec, acquired by Alcatel-Lucent.  Other experience includes his role as VP of Business Development at Lucent Technologies and a long tenure at Octel Communications where his positions included SVP & General Manager and a range of marketing and technical roles.

Peter Jensen is a seasoned sales veteran with over 20 years of customer experience in the enterprise with strong roots in virtualization, security, storage and availability markets. Peter joins FastScale from Thinstall, the desktop virtualization company recently acquired by VMware, where he was Vice President of Sales. With a proven record at early stage companies as well as the Fortune 500, including Oracle and Symantec, Peter has a hands-on style combined with the discipline and in depth knowledge of what it takes to evolve the sales organization of a rapid growth enterprise software start-up.

Laila Danielsen is an accomplished sales executive with broad technology experience at both start-ups and market leading companies. With exceptional leadership skills and strong customer-orientation, Laila demonstrates a long history of sales success in bringing technology to market and building focused sales teams. She joined FastScale from Scali, a provider of software solutions for Linux data centers, where she was VP of Sales for the western region. Previously, Laila was director of sales for Penguin Computing and held sales management roles as U.S. Sales Director for Pacific Design Engineering, Partnership Manager at IBM Corporation, Sales Director at Bergens Tedende and Account Executive at Applied Theory Corporation.
