Lynn LeBlanc, CEO and founder of FastScale Technology, has 25 years of enterprise software and technology experience at both Fortune 500 companies and Silicon Valley start-ups.  With a proven track record of successfully bringing emerging technologies to market, a practical, hands-on style and strong operations experience, Lynn’s leadership delivers bottom line results.  Her extensive career includes SVP and VP roles in general management, marketing and business development at industry leaders including Cadence Design Systems and Octel Communications as well as acquired start-ups iReady Corporation, ILEX Systems and Atherton Technology.  Lynn also served as VP of Marketing and Business Development at Scyld Software and spent her early career at IBM Corporation.

Richard Offer, VP of Engineering and co-founder of FastScale, is a seasoned engineering leader with over 18 years of experience in enterprise software development, system security and engineering project management. Before co-founding FastScale Technology, Richard managed the development group at Scyld Software and spent seven years at Silicon Graphics where he used his strong planning, leadership, and team building skills to lead the Motif team, the Trusted Irix team and product release infrastructure for SGI's Altix 3000 project. In addition, Richard's experience includes engineering roles at SCO in England, University of Oxford and Rolls Royce.

Hatch is a co-founder and Managing Director of ATA Ventures. He has co-founded several innovative telecommunications companies in wireless, optical, and wireline telecommunications, such as Wave7 Optics, a leader in the fiber-to-the-home systems industry and Resonext (acquired by RF Micro Devices (RFMD), a successful pioneer in the wireless 802.11 “wi fi” chipset sector. Additionally, Hatch was a charter employee of Zoran Corporation (ZRAN), a California based communications IC company. He has also held CEO positions at other venture-backed companies, including Actelis Networks, Bandwidth9, and Arroyo Optics. He currently serves as a Director on the Boards of Synfora, SPANSlogic, Wave7 Optics, Actelis Networks, Agistics, TeleCIS Wireless and Yottamark.

Pete brings over 20 years of senior operating and five years of venture capital experience to the Fund. He has been CEO of and successfully sold companies to Microsoft, Novell, and Adobe Systems, and has participated in two IPOs. He started his career with Hewlett-Packard and joined Apple Computer when it was still a small private company. He has raised money from and worked for some of the top venture capital firms.
